Mission
Gravity DAO aims to be a point of reference for web3 projects and individuals in the world, to improve conflict management skills and bring about trust. We see conflict management as a public good, and we want to organize around it in a sustainable way, socially and economically.
Vision
Raise the awareness of conflict management, trust creation, and mental health care, as basic infrastructure of proactive organizations and individuals.
Values
- Inclusion: to assist and involve any person from communities worldwide that wants to engage in our field of study.
- Compassion: to treat ourselves and others as ends and never as means, understanding that the language we use with others is the same we use for ourselves.
- Safety: to provide spaces for communication to happen on multiple levels, ensuring diplomacy, security of information, and professional responsibility.
- Self-determination: We want to be neutral and we trust in the ability to reach voluntary agreements without any influence on the outcomes. We see our independence as a cornerstone for our credibility.
